Judge Rules against State and allows CFF's federal lawsuit to advance.  In a major legal victory for CFF and the NY Choose Life License Plate effort, a Federal Judge refused to grant the state's motion to dismiss a lawsuit against Gov. Pataki, Attorney General Spitzer, and others.  The Judge ruled that CFF may begin the discovery process and set an August date for trial.  "We are one step closer to getting the Choose Life plate and its positive, pro-adoption message on the road in New York," explained CFF President Dr. Elizabeth Rex.  For more information about the lawsuit,   click here for more...

 

CFF is awaiting a ruling after oral argument was heard in a Motion to Dismiss hearing before a Federal Court Judge in New Jersey.  On February 8th, the first hearing in CFF's federal lawsuit against the State of New Jersey was held.
